1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or utilizing any plumbing services provided by Jiciva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Jiciva offers professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Installation of plumbing fixtures and appliances
  • Pipe repair, replacement, and leak detection
  • Drain cleaning and unblocking services
  • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
  • Boiler servicing and heating system repairs
  • Water heater installation and maintenance
  • General plumbing consultations and inspections

3. Booking and Appointments

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our phone line, email, or website booking system. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slots, but availability is subject to our technicians' schedules. Emergency services may be available outside regular business hours at premium rates.

Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding the nature of the plumbing issue to ensure we dispatch the appropriate technician with the necessary tools and parts.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work required, materials used, and time spent on-site. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for large-scale projects.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows will be charged the full estimated service fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to all work areas
  • Ensure that pets are secured during service visits
  • Disclose any known hazards or special conditions at the property
  • Be present or arrange for an authorized representative during the service appointment
  • Provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication purposes

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All labor performed by Jiciva is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jiciva shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Jiciva is fully insured for accidental damage that may occur during the provision of our services. Any damage must be reported immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service delivery, scheduling, invoicing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jiciva website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jiciva and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

Jiciva reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
